Must have six years of steadily
increasing management exper
ience with a Bachelor's degree or
three more years of pertinent
experience. Experience must in
clude responsibility for directing
the development and operation
of a service delivery system in an
organization with multiple branch
locations. Requires strong mana
gement and interpersonal skills.
