grams. Also responsible for con­
ducting market/customer re­
search and monitoring programs
to insure that service is main­
tained. This is a statewide opera­
tion employing approximately
685 employees and serving cust­
omers in 64 field offices.
Must have six years of steadily
increasing management exper­
ience with a Bachelor's degree or
three more years of pertinent
experience. Experience must in­
clude responsibility for directing
the development and operation
of a service delivery system in an
organization with multiple branch
locations. Requires strong mana­
gement and interpersonal skills.
Starting salary is $37,548 annual­
ly-
