Migrant and seasonal agricultural workers have
a right to receive the wages employers agreed to
pay them. Linder the Fair- Labor Standards Act
(FLSA), that amount is generally not less then $3.35
an hour (the federal minimum wage). Federal law
does not require overtime pay for most agricultural
workers. It is enforced by the U.S. Department of
Labor's Wage and Hour Division. •

the University of Tennessee, M emphis invites applications from
individuals with strong research credentials in biochem ical
neuropharm acology or neuroendocrinology for a tenure track
p osition , available im m ediately, at the level o f Assistant Profes­
sor. Applicants must have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree, have
com p leted n ot less than 2 years of p ost doctoral training, and
have a dem onstrated ability to con d u ct independent research.
Preference will be given to applicants who apply m odern co n ­
structs of biochem istry, im m unology or m olecular b iology to
research problem s in N euroscience as related to Pharm acology.
F aculty members are exp ected to develop a strong research pro­
gram and to participate in departm ental teaching activities.
