Analyzes needs, researches and
evaluates alternative systems,
supervises contractual/consul-
tant activities, coordinates plan­
ning and implementation efforts,
monitors progress and manages
project funds.
One year experience involving
the application of analytical or
planning skills, AND, a Bachelors
degree in accounting or closely
related field or three more years
of pertinent experience. Exper­
ience in systems development
and/or programming is desirable.
