Coordinator for the Marketing
Department. The Flexible Bene­
fits Coordinator will develop &
coordinate internal & external
marketing functions to insure the
successful & legal application of
Section 125 Flexible Spending
Accounts. In addition, the Coor­
dinator will train & support the
marketing staff & group agents
to help sell, design & set up
flexible spending accounts.
Qualified candidates must have a
degree in Business or related
field and/or 3-5 years outside
sales experience, a health insur­
ance license, and public speaking
experience. The future direction
& applications of the Flexible
Spending Accounts will also be
the responsibility of the Coor­
dinator.

applications for an Underwriter in
our LIFE INSURNACE Division.
The incumbent will develop un­
derwritten quotations and pre­
pare responses to bid specifica­
tions for prospective group ac­
counts; develop renewal posi­
tions for existing group accounts,
utilizing underwriting policies &
formulas; prepare experience re­
ports and fiscal settlements for
Retention, Retrospectively Rated
& Minimum Premium and ASO
accounts; and assist in the train­
ing of underwriting staff mem­
bers.
Successful candidate must have
strong background in group un­
derwriting and a sound mathe­
matical & statistical background.
Degree in a related field is de­
sirable, or may be substituted
with equivalent work experience
in the group underwriting field.
Strong oral & written communi­
cation skills are essential.
