ing for two limited duration posi­
tions (Program Coordinator 2 and
3) in our New Jobs Unit in Cen­
tral Office in Salem, Oregon. The
persons filling these positions will
be responsible for assisting and
overseeing the development of
policies, monitoring their imple­
mentation and providing tech­
nical assistance in all phases of
the New Jobs program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have:
. . . three years (Program Coor­
dinator 2) and four years (Pro­
gram Coordinator 3) of exper­
ience involving steadily increas­
ing management or three years
(Program Coordinator 2) and four
years (Program Coordinator 3)
of experience in a staff technical
or professional function which
has afforded you the knowledge,
skills and abilities identified in

IN ADDITION, you must have a
Bachelor's degree, or three addi­
tional years of responsible exper­

an energetic, innovative, skilled
supervising systems specialist.
The applicant selected will super­
vise a project team and have
complete responsibility for coor­
dinating implementation and/or
maintenance of a large data pro­
cessing system. Duties include
directing cost/benefit studies,
conceptual system designs, gen­
eral and detail design and pro­
gram development. The current
vacancy is located in the AFS
central office in Salem, Oregon.
QUALIFICATIONS:
You must have:
. . . one year of experience
equivalent to a Supervising Sys­
tem Specialist or a Senior Sys­
tems Analyst which provided:
knowledge of system con­
version techniques, AND
skill in managing projects
and conducting feasibility
and co st/b e n e fit studies
for the development of new
systems; OR
. . . two years experience as
a fully proficient Systems Ana­
lyst.
