individual with previous real
estate collection experience. Re
sponsibilities will include collec
tion of delinquent loans, prépara
tion of internal and investor re
ports, default claims and fore
closure bids.
Individual must
have knowledge of collection
laws and FHA/VA regulations.
Position also requires typing at
at 50 wpm, 10-key by touch, CRT
experience and excellent commu
nications skills.

land use planning work, encom

specific issues. Typical areas of
involvement include historic dist
rict analysis, design review, parks
and recreation planning and
transportation planning.
Re
quires graduation from an accre

ban Planning or related field
(Masters degree in Urban Plan
ning is desirable and may replace

Experience or training in interpre

the public in a clear, concise,

Proficiency in interpreting archi

license and ability to provide own
