include heavy word processing
preparing bid documents, con­
tract documents, letters, memos;
assembling specifications; main­
taining contract records and pay­
ment records, processing in­
voices; working w ith contractors,
keeping files current.
Successful candidate will have a
thorough knowledge o f secre­
tarial and general office practices
and procedures, preferably w ith
experience working in an engi­
neering
office
environment.
Must have word processing ex­
perience, and skill in performing
arithmetic calculations and post­
ing to existing records.
Starting salary between $17,000-
$18,500, regular raises, excellent
