PUBLIC NOTICE
The Portland Development Commission (PDC) is
soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to
undertake a Building Evaluation and Interim Improve­
ment Program. Work includes the coordination of
various subconsultants in evaluating the building and
grounds and the perparation of specifications for
certain limited improvements.
The Portland Development Commission encourages
participation of Minority/Female Business Enter­
prise contractors in all its projects. The established
Commission goal for participation is nine percent
(9%) for Minority Business Enterprises and nine per­
cent (9%) for Female Business Enterprises.
