14'.' diameter and 2,000 L.F. of 12" diameter pipe­
line, with associated valves and hydrants will be re­
ceived by City of Washougal, Washington, at the
office of Washougal City Hall until 3:00 p.m. on July
31, 1987 and then at said office publicly opened and
read aloud.

Bidders must be pre-qualified with the State of
Washington or the Engineer, on Standard Pre-quali­
fication Forms. Pre-qualification forms may be ob­
tained from the Engineer and should be submitted to
the Owner via the Engineer. Current pre-qualifica­
tion should be no older than one (1) year
No Bid will be considered unless fully completed in
the manner provided in the "Instructions to Bidder"
upon the bid form provided by the Engineer and ac­
companied by a bid bond executed in favor of the
Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%)
of the total amount of the bid.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids
and to waive all informalities No bidder may w ith­
draw or modify his bid after the hour set for the
opening and thereafter until the lapse of thirty (30)
days from the bid opening

REQUESTS FOR
PROPOSALS
The Portland Development Commission (PDC) is
soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to
provide construction management services for the
proposed Old Town Parking Garage/Helistop pro­
ject.
PDC encourages participation of Minority/Female
Business Enterprise contractors in all its projects.
The established goals for participation is nine per­
cent (9%) for Minority Business Enterprises and nine
percent (9%) for Female Business Enterprises.
A copy of the Request For Proposals is available
