Purchasing Agent, 3rd Floor, Franklin Center, 1013
Franklin Street, Vancouver, Washington, for con­
struction of street improvements within the town of
Yacolt for Johnson, Humphrey, Wilson and Hub­
bard Streets, Urban County Community Develop­
ment Block Grant, funded through the Federal Hous­
ing and Urban Development (HUD), Clark County
W.O. No. 20092, by applying bituminous surface
treatments, drainage, and other work; then publicly
opened and read aloud at Conference Room 1-A,
1st Floor, Franklin Center, 1013 Franklin Street, Van­
couver, Washinc’on, at 11:00 a.m ., Wednesday,
June 24, 1987, or as soon thereafter as the matter
may be heard.

posit of $15.00 (exact amount only). Said deposit
to be returned to the plan holder upon return of the
plans and specifications. If the plans and specifica­
tions are not re.urned within ten (10) days following
the bid opening, the deposit will be forfeited by the
plan holder and will be deposited to the Clark County
Road Fund.
