QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years of steadily increasing
management responsibility or
fivp years of experience in a staff
technical or professional function
wtyich has afforded you the
knowledge and ability to manage
federal Medicaid relations. Appli­
cants with a thorough under­
standing of the legal base of the
Oregon Medicaid program, inclu­
ding federal legislation and regu­
lations, State Plan requirements,
state statutes, and Oregon Ad­
ministrative Rules will be given
preference.

QUALIFICATIONS: Five years’
data
processing
experience,
three of which must have been
spent performing systems pro­
gramming, telecommunications
network, operations or technical
supervision in an IBM MVS com­
puter environment. Experience
in systems analysis and design
and voice and data telecommu­
nications system planning. Ba­
chelor's Degree in computer sci­
ence or related field or graduation
from a two-year vocational or
technical school with a data pro­
cessing major and subsequent
additional courses in technical
and management concepts. Va­
