Qualifications perferred include
• Coursework or equivalent ex
pertence affording exposure to
human resource management,
recruiting, employee selection,
counseling, interviewing or
other types of inter personal

concepts, and implementation
is helpful
• Demonstrated ability to inter
view and screen applicants
with a wide variety of back
grounds
• Demonstrated ability to work

Preferred Qualifications include
• Experience equivalent to that

• Bachelor of Science Degree in
