cup Kraft tvrrbecue sauce
cup orange jtxce
teaspoon grated orange peel
teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
teaspoon dried thyme leaves crushed
pork lorn chops, cut 1 inch thick
(approximately 2 pounds)
Combine all ingredients except potk loin chops in
saucepan Bring to boil, reduce heat Simmer 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally Place pork loin chops on cooking
grid brush generously with barbecue sauce mixture
Cover , cook over medium heat * 1 5 minutes Turn, brush
with barbecue sauce mixture Continue t ookrng. covered
10 to 15 minutes or until done

NOTE Preheat grill on high 10 minutes

barbecue sauce

1 beef top round steak, cut 1 Inch thick
(approximately 1 1/2 pounds)
Cook onion and garlic in oil over medium treat 5 minutes
Adit barbei ue sauce beer and bay leal, continue cooking
5 minutes Cool slightly Place tree! top round steak tn
plastic hag or shallow baking dish Add barbecue sauce
mixture turning to coat Close bag securely or cover dish,
marinate in refrigerator 6 Io 8 hours or overnight turning
at least once Remove steak from bartroi ue sauce mix
lure reserving mixture Place steak on gnd brush with
reserved barbecue sauce mixture Cover cook at high 4
