ASSESSMENT OF SEWAGE SYSTEMS
FEBRUARY 2. 1987
The Housing Authority of Portland, Oregon (HAP)
is requesting proposals for labor and materials re­
quired to perform an investigation and assessment
of conditions of the existing sewage system serving
the Columbia Villa Housing Development located at
8910 N Woolsey Avenue, Portland. Oregon
Basically, the work will involve high pressure clean
ing sixty (60) catch basins including system man
holes and flushing approximately 20,000 linear feet
of various size sewer lines and following with closed
circuit television inspection of approximately 13,000
linear feet of sewer line interiors

type work and wishing to participate as a proponent
should respond by mail expressing an interest and
desire in submitting a proposal Letters (only) should
be directed to the Housing Authority of Portland,
8910 N Woolsey Avenue, Portland. Oregon, 97203;
attention Richard Jones, and must be received on or
before 4:30 p m.. February 13, 1987 In response
to properly received ’Letters of Interest" HAP will
mail to qualified firms additional exhibits that outline
the work to be performed, address the necessary
elements to be included in the proposal and define
the factors used in determining the successful appli­
cant.
A pre submittal meeting of the proponents and HAP
representatives will be held to discuss the proposal
and investigate the project site. The meeting start
is 10 00 a m , February 19, 1987 at 8910 N Wool
sey Avenue The closing date for receiving proposals
is March 3, 1987
