to provide direct legal assistance to the elderly, re
cruit and train volunteer attorneys to help provide
ttiese services, provide training and technical assis
tance in legal matters to volunteer attorneys and
Aging Services Division (Multnomah County) con
tractors, and represent groups and individuals pursu
mg goals through legislative action that could sub
stantially benefit seniors Applications will be rated

Only those agencies prequalifying with
