Housing and Urban Development
The proposed w ork consists o f furnishing all labor,
materials and equipm ent for the construction of
approximately 1050 lineal feet of storm sewer im
provem ents and appurtenances
A ttention is called to ORS Chapter 279 and State
and Federal provisions for Equal Employment Oppor
tunity. A ffirm ative A ction HUD Section 3 require­
ments, and payment of not less than the minimum
salaries and wages as set forth in the C ontract Docu
ments.
