The Centers provide
training and technical assistance
to aid school districts in pro
vidmg equal opportunities for
male and females in educational
programs and em ployment prac
tices The Center also has fund
ing through the W om en's Educa
tional Equity A ct (WEEA) to de
velop materials for m entoring
programs for high school stu
dents and to develop equity re
source displays for K 12 schools
QUALIFICATIONS
• M aster’s degree in education
or a related field
• Experience in developing
training activities in equity
areas.
• Experience
in
delivering
training and technical asst
stance in equity areas to
school personnel
• A bility to com m unicate ef
