Sealed bids will be received by the Oregon State
Board of Highei Education in Administrative Services
Building, Room B100, Oregon State University,
Corvallis. Oregon until 2 30 P M PDT, Thursday
September 25, 1986 for Rogers Hall Alerations loca
ted at Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon
Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the
Administrative Services Building, Room A622D by
the Undersigned or a designated representative.
The project includes demolition, concrete, carpentry,
doors, cabinets, floor covering, painting and asso
ciated mechanical and electrical work.
Bids will be received on a lump sum basis for all of
the work. One set of contract documents may be
obtained from the office of Jeppsen, Miller and To
bias, Architects, 245 NE Conifer Blvd., Corvallis,
Oregon 97330 ( 754 7541) by primer bidders only
upon deposit of $25. Additional sets may be obtain
ed for the cost of reproduction Subcontractors and
others may purchase a set of plans and specifications
for $15
Contract documents may be examined at the Archi­
