Quality in Portland and is part of
the State's management team
The position will manage the
statewide program for providing
assistance to municipalities in the
planning, design, and develop
men! of wastewater facilities and
| will supervise and direct the staff
of the Construction Grants sec
tion. To qualify, you must have
equivalent to five years of skilled
specialized experience in staff,
technical, laboratory or field work
dealing with an environmental
program of which two years must
have been in planning, organi
zing, directing or implementing
special projects, assignments and
studies or two years performing
complex inspections or investiga
tions of environmental issues, or
five years of supervisory exper
ience dealing with environmental
programs; or five years exper
ience in an environmental protec
tion or control program which
has included environmental data
evaluation or environmental stu
dies, A N D a Bachelor's degree in
environmental, physical or natu
ral science, civil, chemical, mech
amcal engineering or closely re
lated field or three more years of
required experience
