This person will
work under the general direction
of the Director of Housing Mana
gement to plan, implement, or
ganize, and direct a property
management program in a major
geographical area of the city
Supervisory lesponsibility over
staff of 12. Must be a Certified
Housing Manager or be able to
successfully complete require
ments within 1 year of date of
hire
Prefer college degree in Business
or Public Administration, or rela
ted field, plus 2 years experience
one of which must have been in a
management position, or six
years progressively responsible
property management exper
lence Prefer knowledge of Fed
eral Housing Programs.
Must
have skill in communicating
orally and in writing.
Must
have proven ability to work with
minimum supervision
Must
have valid drivers license, mini
mum state financial liability insur
ance and car
