A portion of this project is financed through the
Community Development Block Grant Program wfth
funds obtained from the U S. Department of Hous­
ing and Urban Development. The entire contract will
be subject to regulations of the Departments of
Labor and Housing and Urban Development.
Attention is called to Federal provisions for Equal
Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action, HUD
Section 3 requirements, and the minimum salaries
and wages as set forth in the contract documents

DESCRIPTION
Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the
CITY MANAGER, 1ST FLOOR, CITY HALL, HILLS
BORO, OREGON until 11:00 a m. August 1, 1986.
Demolition of existing park trails, site layout, con­
struct 250 lin. ft. of 2 foot high brick wall, construct
21,000 sq. ft. of concrete sidewalk with 3600 lin ft.
of brick trim, construct 900 lin. ft. of concrete
curbing, relocate 2 catch basins, miscellaneous im­
provements to an existing playground, construct
3400 sq. ft. of asphalt paving, provide and install 4
back to back benches, install a lighting system that
consists of approximately 25 poles and fixtures and
seed approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of lawn
