sealed bide for: Fix-A-Block Rehabilitation Program
until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on the 3rd of
April, 1986 at 1120 S.W. 5th Avenue, Portland. Ore­
gon 97204-1968 Room 1102. at which time and place
all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Bids may be held by the Portland Development
Commission for a period not to exceed ninety (90)
calendar days from the date of the opening for the
purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the
qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the
contract.
