Notice a hereby given -het the Salem Aree M eet Transit District (S A T)
solicits proposals from interested conultant firms or teams of firms to
provide master planning. design, engineering and support services for
the development of an SA T bus maintenance facility and operating
base It is anticipated that the selected firm or firms wA analyze existing
facilities and operations, and provide interim recommendatione to im
prove maintenance operations; apply industrial engineering concepts in
developing a comprehensive vehicle maintenance and operating master
plan and facility design requirements; evaluate candidate sites as re
quired, develop conceptual, schematic and final designs and specifics
