The project consists of remodeling an existing tw o story building shell in­
volving approximately 2500 square feet of remodeled space and a new ad

Construction consists of w ood stud exterior and interior wells. Interior
finish m aterials w ill involve plaster, thin coat plaster on w oo d studs,
millwork, painting, suspended acoustical ceilings, vinyl asbestos tile, and
carpeting M echanical, plumbing, electrical, and related work will be in­
volved in the project.
