Sealed bids will be received by the Oregon State Board of Higher Education
in Administrative Services Building, B100, Oregon State University, Cor­
vallis, Oregon until 2:00 P M ., POT, May 31, 1984, for the Milam Hall,
W ithycombe Hall, Nash Hall, and Rogers Hall W ater Line Replacement
project located on the campus of Oregon State University, Corvallis,
Oregon Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Administrative
Services Building " A " , Room A110 by the Undersigned or his designated
representative.
The project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supenn
tendance and doing all work to replace the existing domestic hot and cold
water lines within Milam Hall, W ithycombe Hall, Nash Hall, and Rogers Hall
all in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Separate bids will be received on a lump sum basis for each of the four
buildings as well as for a combined bid for all of the work shown on the
drawings and described in the specifications. One set of plans,
specifications and forms of contract documents may be obtained from

Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (Tri-M et) at the Portland
Building. 1120 S W 5th Avenue, Second Floor, Meeting Room ‘C at 10:00
a m ., Monday, M ay 21, 1984, for the purpose of considering a grant amen
dment application to the Urban Mass Transportation Administration for the
addition of ten Automatic Passenger Counters. The cost of the additional
counters, including Coat Allocation, will be 947,600.
