This Strawberry Cream Pie is a spectacular way with fresh strawberries and you can make it in minutes, as you can also do this Quick Yogurt and Pudding. Teatime Tassies are goodies to make and store and the Banana Crunch Cake is great for informal parties and picnics. Enjoy— you deserve it! 234 cups flour, 134 teaspoons baking powder, 134 teaspoons soda and I teaspoon salt, to creamed mixture, alternating with 36 cup buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch baking pan Bake at 350*, 45 to 50 minutes. Spread Crunchy topping over warm cake: broil until bubbly and golden brown. Crunchy Topping: Combine 34 cup packed brown sugar, 36 cup chopped pecans, one 336-oz. can flaked coconut, 36 cup soft margarine, and 2 tablespoons milk. 24 pieces: roll each into a ball. Press each ball onto bottom and sides of muffin cup. Refrigerate. In mixing bowl, cream I tablespoon butter, egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Sprinkle pecans in lined muffin cups; top with egg mixture Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until set. Cool and remove from cups. TEA T IM E TASSIES 36 cup butter or margarine 3-ounce package cream cheese I cup pre-sifted flour I tablespoon butter I egg 34 cup brown sugar I teaspoon vanilla 36 cup chopped pecans Preheat oven to 325”. Grease 24 muffin cups well. Combine butter or margarine and cheese: beat until smooth. Blend in flour. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Divide dough into B A N AN A C R U N C H CAKE Cream 36 cup soft margarine and 1-36 cups sugar until light and fluf­ fy. Blend in 3 eggs and 134 cups mashed bananas. Add combined: ÄYAW iW STRA WBERR Y C R E A M P IE I pint strawberries, hulled I package (4-serving) instant pud­ ding (coconut cream or vanilla) I 'A cups cold milk I container (436 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping I baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled Set aside I cup of the strawberries for garnish. Quarter or slice remaining berries. Combine pud­ ding mix and milk in bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Blend in 'A cup of the whipped topping. Fold in quartered strawberries and put into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with the whole strawberries. Q U IC K YO G UR T A N D P U D D IN G I cup cold milk I container (8 oz.) yogurt I package (4-serving) instant pudding -any flavor Combine milk and yogurt in bowl. Add pudding mix and beat slowly with rotary beater until blen­ ded, about 2 minutes. Pour into ser­ ving dishes and let stand for 5 minutes. Chill or serve at once.
