The project scope includes construction of twenty five 1251 Living Units
with Federal financial assistance provided under the Low Rent Public
Housing Program of the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development, more specifically described as follows
Subcontractors Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will be sold (non
refundable) to sub contract Bidders »or $0 ’ 6 per Project Manual page and
for $1 50 per Drawing sheet
Site A Four two bedroom family units and seven three bedroom family
units.
Site B Four one bedroom elderly units end one two bedroom family units
Additional copies of Bidding Documents will tie sold for the above indicated
costs.
The issuing of partial sets of Bidding Documents is for Bidder convenience
only Neither the Owner nor the Architect assume any responsibility for
errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of

11:00 A M (Local Time). Thursday, the 24th day of May 1984, in the
Meeting Room of the Oceen Spray Community Center, 1039 N W. Nye
Street. Newport. Oregon 97366, at which time and place ail Bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud

Document Distribution Procedures:
The project includes six one end two-story buildings of two to six living
units each and three storage buildings. Buildings are wood frame with con
Crete masonry veneer, wood siding and composition shingle roofing. In­
terior finishes include gypsum boerd. resilient flooring and carpet.

the union of Aaron and Laura
Alexander He was the youngest of
two children. His sister Eula Mont­
gomery of Fort Worth, Texas,
passed away in September 1969
He was married to the late Lela
Alexander until February, 1981,
when she passed away.
M r. Alexander moved to Port­
land, Oregon in March, I942. There
he was employed by the Union
Pacific Railroad in August, I942.
He served in the United States Navy
from December 20, I943, to March
10, 1946. He returned to work for
the Union Pacific Railroad until his
retirement in 1981.
