Project constats of road reconstruction of 7.7 miles of Road No. 6600
(Panther Creek) including clearing, grubbing and disposal, earthwork,
drainage construction, crushed aggregate base, hot bituminous plant mix,
stockpiling aggregate, seeding, mulching, and other incidental items. The
project site can be located by proceeding north from Carson, Washington
on County Road 136 (Wind River Highway) for four (4) miles to County
Road 134; then west and north on County Road 139 for one (1) mile to the
beginning of the project. The Government's estimate price range is
