ORE 2-5 Addition - 8920 N. Woolsey Ave . Portland, Oregon. W ork shall
include the removal of existing siding, and furnishing and installation of
new steel siding, backing insulation, aluminum soffits, gutters and dow n­
spouts on eleven buildings et Columbia Villa The eleven buildings are
identified on site plan All work to be completed as per specifications

1) land acquisition and engineering for the Beaverton Transit Center to be
located on a 4.7 acre parcel of currently undeveloped land approximately
1000 ft. west of S W . 117th Avenue and 700 ft. north of the Tualatin Valley
Highway in central Beaverton
A field inspection of eech building will be held on Thursday, July 7, 1963,
beginning at 10:00 a m at 8910 N. Woolsey Ave A Housing Authority rep
resentative will be present to conduct a tour of each location and answer
questions

Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (Tri M ett at the Portland

Environmental assessments with findings of no significant impact for the
Beaverton Transit Center. Hillsboro Transit Center and Park-and-Ride have
been prepared and are available for public inspection at the Tri-M et Adm in­
istration offices. The two Westside T S M projects are categorically excluded
as they do not have any significant environmental impacts.
In keeping with T ri-M a ts policy regarding designs of facilities, transit
centers and park and ride lots will promote accessibility through widened
sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, specially designated parking spaces for the
elderly and handicapped.
The projects are currently under review by the A -96 Clearinghouse and will
be included in the FY ‘83 annual element of the Transportation Improve­
ment Program.
