A prebid conference will be heid on Thusday, March 31. 1983 at
10:30 a.m. in the Mezzanine Conference Room in the Terminal
Building at Portland International Airport. A guided tour win fol­
low the conference. This will be the only opportunity for bidders
to have a guided tour of the facilities and to discuss all phases of
the work
