Notice of Portland Neighborhood
Self-Help Program
The City of Portland Bureau of Community Development will be accepting
applications from Neighborhood Associations, community-based organize
tions and non-profit organizations for the Neighborhood Self-Help Pro­
gram. The purpose of the program is to help residents of low and moderate
income neighborhoods develop the capacity to help themselves by essisting
projects that demonstrate ways to reduce the cost of some baste need.
Program Guidelines and applications will be available through the Bureau of
