Nissan has taken a new direction
in small car technology with the in­
troduction o f the 1983 Nissan P u l­
sar N X — the efficiency and function
o f fro n t-w h e e l-d riv e , but w ith a
sporty flavor.

The most striking feature o f the
Nissan Pulsar N X is its aerodynamic
wedge-shaped styling, with a long

sloping hood, concealed pop-up
headlights and short rear deck with
built-in spoiler.
Tw o transmissions are available,
a five-speed manual overdrive and
an optional three-speed autom atic
w ith lock-up torque converter for
increased efficiency.

steering, front disc brakes and a de­
luxe trim with s u n ro o f,4-sp caker
A M /F M /M P X stereo radio and full
