Special Grants to Governors program in Oregon during FY 1983.

part A, this program provides for: supplemental vocational education as­
sistance; coordination and linkages among prime sponsors and appropriate
educational agencies and institutions; operation of the Governor's coordin­
ation and special services activities; support to the state and local institu­
tions to improve occupational and career guidance and counseling activities
for youth.
