Holladay Park honors Vern Thompson
“ He liked people. The patients
loved him; he was so good with
them .’ ’ “ He had a real knack for
talking to people about the things
that really interested them.” “ He
was always in a good mood, even if
he wasn’ t feeling that good him
s e lf." “ He was really a morale
booster for the department and the
hospital. He was very enthusiastic,
cheerful, and he knew evryone. He
always had a positive attitude. . , . ”
"Vern loved life; he really enjoyed
life. He touched the lives of a lot of
people. He was very special.” “ He
will really be missed.” These were
some comments of Holladay Park

the Thompson Family on behalf of
the hospital employees and Medical
