The Private Industry Council of the City of Portland seeks a marketing/pub­
lic relations firm to develop a short-term program for marketing training and
employment programs to local employers.
Interested parties are invited to a bidder's conference to be held 4 /1 2 /8 2 at
3:00 p.m. at 522 S. W . 5th, 8th floor conference room.
Bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 1982.
