In preparation for her career, Carla earned a two-year degree in Me
chanical Technology at Bates Community College in Tacoma.
Carla finds her jo b challenging as she works w ith engineer’ s design
needs or water and sewer pipeline projects. Besides drawing she does
camera work and composing for projects and runs blueprints.
