projects for which financial assistance is being sought from the Urban Mass
Transportation Administration, under Section 5 of the Urban Mass Trans
portation Act of 1964, as amended.
Projects include. Expansion of the Powell garage facility, purchase of a
pressure fuel system, automated fuel consumption system and fuel pump
injector. The total project cost is 92,545,000, of which 92,036,000 would be
federal funds and 9509,000 is local share. These projects are included in the
M S D Transportation Improvement Program and will be in the annual ele
ment for FY '82. No persons, families or businesses will be displaced by this
project and the proposed project will have no significant environmental im
pact on the urban/service area.
