As of June 1, 1981,
banking will never be
the same.
Because that is the
day that the face of banking
changed forever.
The day banking got easier and more
convenient for Westerners.
The day we at First National Bank changed our
nanje along with 20 other Western banks to form
the First Interstate Bank system throughout the
West —a network of banks serving people in nearly
900 offices in 434 communities throughout an
11-state territory.
So from this day on, our new name is the
First Interstate Bank.
Naturally, we’ve got the same offices and the
same good people, and the same
friendly service we had when our name was
First National Bank.
The big difference is that now we re part of a
network of First Interstate Banks in the West.
