Minority Consulting Firms
Touche Ross & C o . is soliciting proposals from minority consultants to assist,
under subcontract, with a business m anagem ent improvement program for
qualified minority highway contractors. The ob|ective of this project, carried out
under contract to the State of Oregon Department of Transportation, is to in­
crease the participation of minority contractors in State Highway Division work.
Touche Ross & Co. will select one or more subcontractors from qualified
minority consultants submitting proposals. Subcontracting firms will provide
direct consulting assistance to individual qualifying highw ay co ntractors
specifically with the marketing of construction services and the bidding and/or
estimating of construction work.
