The films to be shown are: "T h e Longest W alk" a documentary o f the five month walk across the United States by Indian people to call attention to treaty violations and protest anti-Indian legislation; and "T he People are Dancing Again” a film which tells the story o f the Siletz peoples struggle for federal recognition and a land base. The Zodiac children’ s contest will feature a variety o f fund-raising events puts on in the name o f the child representing each of the twelve signs o f the Zodiac. The child under whose name the most funds are raised by contest end will receive $25 w orth o f shares in the N A A C P Credit Union. Ainsworth. Topics to be covered include: inexpensive do-it-yourself heat saving projects such as plastic store windows, where to go for trustworthy weatherization advice, sources o f weatherization help for seniors in the metro area, samples o f inexpensive house weatherization products and how to get the most out o f them. HOST FAMILIES ARE NEEDED for young people from Central America (12 to 16 years o f age) who are participating in the exchange program "Intercam - bio.” The students live with an American family practising English, attending school and learning our way o f life and culture. From Guatemala and El Salvador, the students arrive November 15 and return home January 16. From Costa Rica, the students arrive December 1 and return home February 12.
