Prototype Assemblers/Aloha
Reading schematics and/or following verbal instructions, you
will do point to point wiring of single sided PC boards and
equipment chasis as well as do rework, touch-up, and inspec
tion. You will also do some minor metal work. Requires a
minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics fabrication
with some drafting experience plus a familiarity w ith all elec­
tronic symbols, blueprints, schematics, and wirelists. You will
use all common electronic hand assembly tools.
Wave Solder Operator/
Hillsboro
Working the Swing Shift, you will perform various routine
operations to maintain and control our wave solder smachine.
This will include adjusting the flux density and heating con­
trols to assure that they meet specifications, assuring that the
solder temperature and level are w ithin specifications,
cleaning the machine, and monitoring the equipment and
process to assure that the quality of the printed circuit boards
remain at a high level. Requires 6 months of experience as a
wave solder operator
Test Operator & Bench
Trouble Shooter Trainer/

You will train all of our test operators and bench trouble
shooters, rewrite training manuals and test procedures, main­
tain all ECO's as well as test procedures on the floor, and in­
terface with test engineering to insure proper release of new
test programs. Requires good communications skills, both
written and verbal, plus a background in test, training, and
production.
Trainees/Hillsboro
Working the Swing Shift, you will assemble printed circuit
boards. This will include verifying the value of components by
color codes and verifying the correct components by pert
number. You will work with small parts therefore good visual
acuity and manual dexterity are required. Experience in a
manufacturing environment desirable.
