physical mismatches. A w restler, ac
co rd in g to P ittm a n , learns that his
success depends on his ow n s k ill and
finese.
I ’ ve always believed that am atuer
w restling helps b u ild confidence and
m olds character in youngsters. The
goal o f the youth w restling p ro g ra m ,
as Roy P ittm a n notes, is to upgrade
the personal habits o f its participants,
and to “ provide q u a lity wrestlers fo r
the N o rth w e s t.”
