Sealed proposals for the construction of SANITARY SEWER LINES in the City of
Clatskanie, Oregon addressed to the Mayor and City Council, P.O. Box 9, Clat
skanie, Oregon 97016, will be received until 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of March,
1979 in the City of Clatskanie Council Chambers, 95 S. Nehalem Street, Clat
skanie, Oregon at which time the Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
Results of the Bids received will be reviewed by the City Council for a decision on
contract award.
The project consists of approximately 2293 linear feet of 10 inch Concrete or
P.V.C. sewer pipe; 1972 linear feet of 8 inch Concrete or P.V.C. sewer pipe; 50
linear feet of 6 inch Concrete or P.V.C. sewer pipe; 325 linear feet of 4 inch Con
Crete or P.V.C. sewer pipe; manholes and miscellaneous appurtances; surface
restoration; and a connection to an existing pump station wet well.

Each proposal must contain a statement by the Bidder that the provisions of
