wanted to destroy the myth that once
a man is placed in prison he is an

time for the inmates to the use of
volunteers was a success and was
rewarding at all levels.
Today, departm ents at O SP such
as education, activities, vocational
training and others depend on many
services fro m people o f d ifferen t
communities throughout the state. In
many cases the inm ates themselves
have learned the rewarding experien
ce o f volunteering services to some
