Review Board (AR 40-030) prequalification of contiactors shall be required for all

No bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the
bidder as part of his bid that the requirements of Section (4) 279.350, 279.352
279.354, 279.355 & 279.356 shall be met.
No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by a check payable to Mult­
nomah County, certified by a responsible bank, or in lieu thereof, a surety bond
for an amount equal to ten percent of the aggregate proposal. The successful
bidder shall furnish a bond satisfactory to the Board in the full amount of-the con­
tract.
Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

all kinds for the construction of the Redmond Public Works Complex for the City
of Redmond, Oregon, has been extended fro m July 19,1978 until A ugust 1,

equal to ten (10) percent of the total bid. The successful bidder shall furnish a
performance bond satisfactory to the City in the full amount of the contract. The
successful bidder, upon his failure or refusal to execute and deliver the contract
and bonds within ten days after he has received notice of acceptance of his bid,
shall forfeit to the City, for such failure or refusal, the security deposited with his

The attention of bidders is directed to the requirements and conditions of em­
ployment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract.
