3. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
Briefly described, the project consists of the construction of a new two-story
building with approximately 47,000 gross square feet of floor area. The building
will contain classrooms, offices and a theatre with approximately 500 seats.
Construction is to be a poured-in-place concrete frame with precast double tee
concrete second floor and roof beams. Exterior walls are to be steel studs with
brick veneer.
