Transportation District of Oregon (Tri M et) will receive
sealed bid proposals until 2:00 p.m. Por'land Daylight Time,
June 25, 1976, at 520 S.W. Yamhill, Portland, Oregon 97204,
Attention Mr. Donald A. Sherman. Assistant Director of
Contract Administration. Bids will be opened at that time
for:
Furnishing two Mobile Wheel Lift Systems for the
T ri County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon.
These items are to be purchased with the assistance of a
grant from the federal government under the Urban Mass
Transportation Act of 1964. as amended. The successful
bidder will be required to comply with all terms and
conditions prescribed for third party contracts in the grant
contract between the Department of Transportation of the
United States and T ri Met.
The contract to be let is
subject to the grant contract between T ri M et and the
Department of Transportation (Project No. OR 03 0009).
Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable
Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations.
All bidders will be required to certify that they are not
on the Comptroller General's list of ineligible contractors.
