To stay abreast of the training needs of all Youth Development Program staff and project directors and to provide that training whenever feasible. To monitor and evaluate all field projects in areas of qualitative, quantative, and fiscal performance. To compose and submit a weekly status report to the Director of Community Programs detailing current, planned, and completed projects for the total Youth Development Program. To develop a workable linkage between all agencies and institutions in the Metropolitan area engaged in youth services. To be active in areas of proposal-writing and efforts to secure additional funding for the Youth Development Program. To provide interpretation of the CSA guidelines for the City-Wide Youth Council and Youth Development Program staff. Set up additional policies and procedures or modifications of work programs as needed and to provide technical and advisory assistance to the Youth Development Program staff and City-Wide Youth Council members. To attend PMSC Board meetings, the Manpower and Finance Subcommittee meetings as necessary or when requested to present Youth Development Program proposals, budgets, or amendments.
