the construction or rehabilitation of multifamily housing
projects for lower income persons. Approved projects
will receive permanent financing and H U D Section 8
leased housing assistance payments through the
Division
I he Division is an equal opportunity lender; and ail
housing constructed or rehabilitated must be rented
without regard to race, creed, religion, sex or national
origin of the potential tenants.
Preference will be given to those proposals for
rehabilitation and those which indicate an intent to
maximize the use of local labor and local subcontractors.
